ビバット Brand design agency VBAT
ビバットはオランダのブランドデザイン事務所です。設立者四人の頭文字をとって VBAT と名付けたそうです。現在は８０人ほどの大型のデザイン会社です。当初、黒を基調としたオランダらしいデザインから、より国際的な事務所の印象を出すため、真っ白い背景に事務所のコーポレートカラーのグリーンを使ったパターンを制作。また、ロゴも進化的なステップをとげています。
使用フォントは以前から使用している Trade Gothic を引き続き使用する事にしました。歴史のある書体でHelvetica 同様、時間とともに不動の位置を勝ち取っている数少ない書体の一つだと思います。
An identity for VBAT, internal house style design project.
The previous house style use mainly Black and Green, the idea we have is make them more open, so we bring into white and more refreshing of course. And the office have few big letters REFRESHING standing in front garden, we also combined them.
